Seychelles

The ship anchored at Port Victoria which is the capital city of Seychelles and is situated on the north eastern side of Mahe Island . Our tour took us through the town of Victoria then to the Botanical gardens that is home to Elephant Apple Trees and Octopus trees. Towards the back of the gardens there is an enclosure housing giant Aldabran tortoises, what a beautiful sight that was. Finally the tour took us above the town on the winding Sans Souci Road to the Mission Lodge Ruins.
